How do you manage screen time for yourself? I go outdoors, being either walking , seating under the trees or hiking. Also play soccer with my kids

Invent a holiday! Explain how and why everyone should celebrate. People must stock up all their favorite junk food , good coffee or their favorite drinks and be couch potatoes. it’s very good to celebrate doing nothing, great for your soul 😃

What does it mean to be a kid at heart? Having fun, playful, not worrying about what people are thinking of what you are doing. 😆Not thinking some things are not cool anymore

What is your favorite form of physical exercise? It gives me so much energy, calmness and joy. And I get to be out around nature. The experience is amazing. Now I share my experience blogging about my favorite form of exercise.

How much would you pay to go to the moon? I don’t want to go to the moon. I want to leave it to my imagination. It’s more fun to imagine what’s going on up there 😃

What alternative career paths have you considered or are interested in? I think in my previous life I was a navy seal 🤔. Am always so intrigued and interested.

What food would you say is your specialty? I am a good cook, Atleast that’s what my family says 🤣; however I don’t know if I have a speciality.

What major historical events do you remember? 1990 the release of Nelson Mandela from prison and 1994 first SA democratic elections.
