How do you practice self-care? I go hiking, it takes care of my mental, physical and emotional state. Being out in nature does wonders for me. Fresh air, beautiful views, awesome conversations with friends. At home I enjoy my morning coffee, it brings me joy 🤩.

How do you feel about cold weather? I hibernate through out cold weather. I just don’t know what to do with myself. Am a summer baby through and through, even though I was born in winter 🤣
