What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
I think of all good things I have in my life. There is absolutely more good and positive things that outweighs the negative. I picture a scale in my head, put negative feelings on one side and positive on the other, I promise you the positive feelings/things always win. I teach my kids same. As humans we are wired to think negative feelings are more than positive, in my personal experience, that is never been true.π
